EZShop Privacy Policy

EZShop ("we", "our", "us") operates the EZShop mobile application (com.hx.ezshop) and website (ezshop.hexa.asia) to deliver fitment-verified auto parts, e-bikes, and curated essentials across the Philippines.

1. Information We Collect

• Account & Delivery Data: Username, email/phone number, recipient name, and Philippine delivery address strictly for fulfilling your orders.
• My Garage & AI Fitment Photos: Vehicle make/model/year and optional part photos uploaded by you solely to verify part compatibility.
• Payment & Logistics Records: Payment intent status (via COD, PayMongo, Xendit, or Bank Transfer) and courier tracking events. EZShop never stores raw card numbers or e-wallet PINs.

2. Data Deletion & User Rights

You can permanently delete your account, saved vehicles, cart, and address book anytime inside the EZShop App (Me → Settings → Delete Account) or via Account Deletion.
